Excellent service

We have been renting from Black Dog for several years, and have never been disappointed! The equipment is very well maintained, and we have never encountered any problems during rentals. The staff is wonderful - extremely helpful and great to work with. Everyone at Black Dog is knowledgeable about their equipment and is willing to share their expertise so that the customer has a great experience. Customer service is their priority and any issues are always addressed quickly. We can highly recommend Black Dog Equipment to anyone looking for a great rental experience. We’ll be back for future rental needs!

Overall, an excellent experience. Staff are very helpful and well informed, and the process of picking up and returning equipment was quick and very straightforward. The prices were very reasonable and the equipment was great. We will definitely be renting from here again.

I reserved a trailer to haul a vehicle to and from Colorado Springs a week in advance. When I went to pick up the trailer, i was told they could not rent to me because there was a 100 mile limit on their rentals. There is nothing in the contract stating that limit and nothing on their website. This really put me in a bind. Keep this in mind if you have to rent something from them. I replied to the email with the reservation after they refused the rental and have not received a response.

The front desk attendants were real nice and funny real friendly and kind great service.
